Beware of proud

Salam alaik,

We multiply our good deeds,
We increase on our efforts and strengths,
As a result, others notice them and start to praise on all the outcomes,
Unfortunately, it leads us to start looking down on the rest who do not did that.

Perhaps, it might be the consequence of forgetting what had happened to the satan.
Previously, they spent many time to worship Allah. But, all of their good deeds ruined their relationship with Allah when they started to feel proud of themselves; when they claimed that they were the best and refused to prostrate before the prophet of Adam.
Abu Emina shared in daily hadith online:

 Abdullah ibn Mas’ud reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said;
No one who has the weight of a mustard seed of arrogance in his heart will enter Paradise.” Someone said, “Indeed, a man loves to have beautiful clothes and shoes.” So the Prophet said, “Verily, Allah is beautiful and He loves beauty. Arrogance means rejecting the truth and looking down on people.
